Iam 53 years old iam using telm am 40 it is advisable to take control the bp . My bp is 140/80. any side effects for using telma am

I am usually using repace h for bloodpresure treatment now my doctor change and giving me telma 40 and my bloodpresure normaly be 140/80 now I am confused help me

I am taking Telma am 40 since one year,but I am feeling no side effect till now. Last month I feel severe back pain
I scaned found renal calculus in uretar, Doctor remove this by surgery. Itmay cause of taking Telma am 40.
Please reply asearly as possible.

Telma AM contains the active ingredients Telmisartan and Amlodipine, it is commonly used to treat high blood pressure and cardiac conditions.
