I believe the doctor told me I could use Sudafed and Bisoprolol-HTZ 5.25mgbloodpressure med)together...Is this correct..and are there side effects? ## Hi Edward, From what I could gather, there are no drug interactions listed between Sudafed (Pseudoephedrine) and Bisoprolol + Hydrochlorothiazide, so they should be safe to use together. However it is important to note that all prescription drugs do carry a risk for side effects. Some common side effects of Bisoprolol + Hydrochlorothiazide include: problems with vision, eye pain, stomach pain, leg pain, weight gain, swelling, irregular heartbeat, numbness, weakness, and dry mouth. Common side effects of Sudafed include: insomnia, headache, nausea, vomiting, weakness, irregular heartbeat, challenges with breathing, and abdominal pain. This...

It's an oblong peach-colored tablet engraved WL 89 estimated to weigh 300mg. What is it, please ## Hi Rolando, Based on the description provided, the closest match I could locate is an oblong peach pill imprinted with "WL 89" on one side and "SU PE" on the other. This particular pill is identified as Sudafed PE Sinus Headache, containing: Acetaminophen (325mg) + Phenylephrine (5mg) Size: roughly 18 mm Sudafed temporarily relieves symptoms associated with hay fever, the common cold, and a number of other respiratory allergies. Is there any chance of a similar marking being on the back side of your pill as well? ## Thank you, David! I opened the aluminum foil, and indeed it had "SU PE" engraved on the other face. It measures 16 x 7 mm. Good sleuthing; thanks ag...

Aside from the numbers, what is the difference between Sudafed L432 and Sudafed 44 112? My pharmacist gave me a packet that describes the pills inside as being a "RED, ROUND-shaped TABLET imprinted with L432 on the front." BUT the pills I got had 44 over 112 instead of L432. Is it the same thing or did they give me the wrong pills? ## @Ade, Both pills in question are identified as Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 30 mg (the generic of Sudafed). However, because each tablet is manufactured by a different company, not only is there going to be a slight variation of inactive ingredients (binders/fillers), but also since the medication is in generic form, it is permitted by the FDA to be allowed to contain as much as 20% more or less of the actual active ingredient as well. For some pe...

blood tests false positive for methamohetamine ## To help address your concern, Sudafed is known to cause false positives for Amphetamines, Meth and Ecstasy. Referenced from: askdocweb.com/falsepositives.html If you're able to I would ask your doctor if additional testing may be done on the original sample so that a second sample may be taken. Odds are that a different result will pop up if they are using a more sophisticated test. I hope this helps!

Where can I get 24 96 count reds ## If you're looking for the actual, name brand Sudafed that contains Pseudoephedrine, you have to purchase it at the pharmacy counter now, show identification and sign for the purchase, plus the quantity you can buy at once is now limited. Learn more Sudafed details here. Due to abuse and its being used to manufacture illicit substances, it can no longer be purchased off a regular store shelf, in unlimited quantities. However, you do not have to have a prescription to purchase it. Is there anything else I can help with?

My sister is in a rehab and she tested positive for 32 miligrams of sudafed in her system. She has a history of abusing alchohol, diet pills and cocaine. She does not have any known sinus or cold issues. Could she get high of of sudafed? ## When taken in large quantities, the active ingredient Pseudoephedrine has stimulant like effects, just like the diet pills and cocaine she has been known to abuse. People have been known to abuse it for those affects and for weight loss. In high doses, it can cause nervousness, excitability, weight loss, elevated blood pressure and elevated heart rate. Are there any other questions?

i FOUND A PILL THAT IS OBLONG AND WHITE WITH SU PE PRINTED ONE ONE SIDE AND SU02 ON THE OTHER. WHAT IS IT PLEASE ## in my dads coat pocket I found a pill that was sort of cream coloured and it said su on it and the other side said su 02 on it im with you sister! ## I have a guess as to what this might be although I do not know for sure 100% - based on the markings SU PE it seems like it could be one of the Sudafed PE meds. And then narrowing it down further I checked the manufacturer's product list [1] show a couple of boxes for Sudafed PE. There's the Pressure + Pain which looks like an oblong light orange tablet, and then there is also the Sinus + Allergy which is in fact white and round. The only inscription which I could not verify is the SU02 because they did not have a clo...
