s (-) Amlodipine Besilate tablet, please note that i am not talking about Amlodipine Besylate

Since besilate is just a misspelling of besylate, they are both the same thing.

Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker that is used to treat hypertension and certain cardiac conditions.

The most common side effects may include: nausea, headache, dizziness and hypotension.
