Paracetamol Serratiopeptidase

Hi, i m male of 31 years. My cartilage in the wrist has been damaged two days ago after an accident. My doctor has plastered me in my hand and prescribed sumoflam bd with antibiotic and antaacid. I am unable to bear neumoslide which is a key ingredient of sumoflam. Can i use simple paracetamol+serratiopeptidase combination. Now i dont have much pain in my hand after plaster.plz suggest some brand name available in india with paracet+serratio combination.
