i have Sperm count 28 million motility less then 20
can you advice to take that tablet

Oligocare is a nutritional supplement, it is given to help with fertility issues in men, because sometimes a lack in the vital nutrients it contains can contribute to fertility issues, such as a low sperm count.

However, whether or not it will help you depends on what has caused your problem.

As a nutritional supplement, there is really no known harm to taking it to see if it will help you, unless a doctor has specifically instructed you not to take it.
