a person using Dicyclomine Hydrochloride and Dextropropoxyphene Hydrochloride regularly , if he stops taking the above said salts for 3 days, will blood test and urine test show the presence of the salts.

The Dicyclomine isn't something that is tested for on standard drugs tests, since it doesn't fall into the relevant classes that are commonly abused.

The Dextropropoxyphene, however, is a narcotic and most of the drug in this class can be detected for approximately 4 days, after taking them. However, the time frame will vary, depending on the individuals metabolism, overall health, activity levels and many other factors.
