Clavamel
UpdatedI started taking clavamel yesterday. I took three yesterday and one today. I am taking them for both a kidney and chest infection. I started getting pains around my ears and glands last night and when i woke up this morning it got worse with a constant headache at the back of my head. I was wondering am i having an allergic reaction and should i stop taking it or what?

Hi Amy,
Based on my research, headaches are a side effect of Clavamel (Amoxicillin / clavulanate) so you could definitely be having a reaction of some sort. I would call your doctor and let him/her know about this as soon as possible.
