There can be some risks associated with taking Butalbital with Oxycodone, since they can both cause depression of the central nervous system and taking them together can cause additive effects.
It's not that they can't be used together, but it must be done cautiously and the patient should be monitored regularly for danger signs, like shallow breathing and severe sedation.
