Breathing

Since I was on Pradaxa my breathing became worse. ( I have emyhsema and bronchitis and is is worse since I took that. My Dr took me off of it and put me on asprin one a day. I still have some shortness of breathe. but I hope that will go away since I am no longer on Pradaxa! Go to "This is a bad drug site.for more info

Please do not take this drug , I watched my mother die in the matter of 4 days and bleed to death . The hospital gave her many blood transfusions and Plasma but nothing worked , we had an private autopsy preformed and her death was from the Pradaxa and she died of a severe hemmorage. She was on Warfarin for a long time prior to Pradaxa and she was fine.

Tracy, I am very sorry for your loss. It's sad that Pradaxa is one of the anticoagulants that has no known reversal method. When someone is bleeding, they can only provide supportive therapy and hope for the best.
