Vision Changes From Taking Boniva Friday, 11/6/2009 8:05:18 PM in Boniva I took once monthly Boniva for the first time and now I am having trouble reading. I can't read type that I was able to just days before. It started from the first day I took it. My doctor said to go to eye doctor and she is taking me off of it. Anybody else had this affect their eyesight? I also definately had frequent urination the first 2 nights. 2 Replies

Painful Joints Wednesday, 7/22/2009 4:14:59 PM in Fosamax my doctor gave me fosamax, the once a week pill, I took it for two weeks, and every joint and muscle in my body hurt worse than when I had the flu!! I was just changing my sheets the other day and it honestly felt like I had broke a rib. It caused me the most unbarable pain that advil did not help at all, I just had to quit taking it, and found a website that tells you what to take, and it's all over the counter, I am going to try this for awhile. http://www.health-reports.com/Osteoporosis.html 2 Replies

Fosamax- Vertigo Thursday, 11/3/2005 7:51:00 AM in Fosamax My mother takes Fosamax;and had forgotten not to drink coffee after taking.All of a sudden she is very dizzy and nausea.She claims she is not dizzy but feels very drunk and has no balance.Was in ER and in observation over night.The Dr. called it Vertigo.I read on Vertigo and it said dizziness.Nothing is spinning.She feels drunk and has loss of balance very badly.Had given her Adavert upon releasing from hosital.There has been no change at all.Head cat scan,blood work and carotid arteries checked and no signs of anything.I don't know what else to do for her.Any suggestions?PLEASE!
